We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, such as your email address, name or username if provided, login information, subscription status, account preferences, and other information you choose to provide.

Billing Information

Paid subscriptions and payments are processed securely by Stripe or another payment processor we identify at checkout. We do not receive or store your full credit card number. We may receive limited billing-related information such as your subscription status, transaction status, partial payment details, billing email address, and related account identifiers.

We collect the messages, prompts, prayer requests, reflections, questions, and other content you submit within JesusReplies so we can generate responses, provide the service, save your history, and maintain your account experience.

SMS Program Information

If you opt in to the JesusReplies SMS program, we collect your mobile phone number, SMS consent status, opt-in source, opt-in timestamp, consent language shown at the time of opt-in, IP address if available, message history, carrier delivery information, HELP and STOP requests, and related messaging data needed to operate the SMS program.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, log data, error reports, referral source, approximate location derived from IP address, and interactions with the website or app.

Advertising and Analytics Information

When you visit JesusReplies, we and our advertising and analytics partners (currently Meta and Google) may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect online identifiers such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, advertising click identifiers (for example, Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid), IP address, and the actions you take on the site (such as visiting a page or starting a trial). We use this information to measure and improve our advertising. We do not share the content of your conversations, your prayer requests, your mobile phone number, or your SMS data with advertising partners. See Section 12 (Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Create, maintain, and secure your account.
  • Provide the JesusReplies service.
  • Generate AI-powered responses to your submitted messages.
  • Save conversation history and account preferences.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, cancellations, and account-related notices.
  • Deliver the JesusReplies SMS program if you have opted in.
  • Respond to support, privacy, and account deletion requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and misuse.
  • Improve reliability, usability, safety, and performance of the service.
  • Measure, operate, and improve our advertising, and understand how visitors find and use JesusReplies.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, carrier, payment processor, and platform requirements.

3. AI Processing

JesusReplies uses third-party AI service providers, currently Anthropic's Claude API, to generate responses. When you submit messages, prayer requests, reflections, or other content, that content may be sent to the AI provider solely to generate the requested response and operate the service.

We do not use your conversations to train our own AI models. Third-party AI providers may process information according to their own terms, privacy policies, and data processing practices. We take reasonable steps to use reputable service providers and configure available privacy settings in a manner consistent with the operation of JesusReplies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money.

We do not share your conversation history, prayer requests, mobile phone number, or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

As described in Section 12 (Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics), we do share limited online identifiers — such as cookie and device identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and IP address — with advertising and analytics partners (Meta and Google) so we can measure and improve our advertising. Under some laws, including California's, this activity may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time as described in Section 13 (Your California Privacy Rights) or by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate JesusReplies, but only as needed for them to provide services on our behalf. These service providers may include hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, SMS messaging providers, analytics providers, email providers, security providers, customer support tools, and AI processing providers.

Service providers are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose information if required to comply with law, legal process, valid government request, carrier or platform compliance requirements, payment processor requirements, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. SMS Messaging Privacy

The JesusReplies SMS program is operated by F15 Media, LLC. The program name is JesusReplies.

If you opt in to SMS messages, we use your mobile phone number and SMS consent information solely to deliver and manage the JesusReplies SMS program, including daily spiritual affirmations, service-related SMS messages, support responses, opt-out processing, and compliance records.

Message frequency is one message per day for daily spiritual affirmations, plus occasional service-related messages if needed. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any JesusReplies SMS message. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again. You may reply HELP for help or contact us at hello@jesusreplies.com.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, data brokers, or external marketers for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes any information about whether you opted in to receive SMS messages.

We may share SMS-related information with vendors and service providers only as necessary to operate the JesusReplies SMS program, deliver messages, process opt-outs, maintain compliance records, prevent abuse, or provide customer support. These vendors are not permitted to use your SMS information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Conversations and account data are stored using Supabase, and we use HTTPS for data transmitted through the website or app.

No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide JesusReplies, maintain your account, comply with legal and compliance obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and operate the SMS program.

If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your account information and conversation history within 30 days unless we are required or permitted to keep certain information for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, SMS compliance, or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at hello@jesusreplies.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page, which opens the secure billing portal.

You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to any JesusReplies SMS message.

You may opt out of advertising cookies and the sharing of online identifiers with advertising partners by visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, which we honor.

Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law. To exercise any rights available to you, contact us at hello@jesusreplies.com.

9. Children's Privacy

JesusReplies is not intended for children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you should use the service only with permission from a parent or guardian.

If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

JesusReplies may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, AI providers, messaging providers, hosting providers, and other tools. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated.

12. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics

JesusReplies uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember your preferences, understand how the service is used, and measure and improve our advertising.

We work with the following advertising and analytics partners:

  • Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) — to measure the results of, and improve, advertising we run on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) — to understand website usage and to measure and improve advertising we run through Google.

These partners may set cookies and receive online identifiers (such as cookie IDs, device identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and IP address) and information about actions you take on JesusReplies, such as visiting a page or starting a trial. To measure conversions, we may also send these partners limited information from our servers, including a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address used only to match a conversion to an ad. We do not send the content of your conversations, your prayer requests, or your SMS data to these partners.

You can control or opt out of this activity:

  • Visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
  • Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, which we treat as a request to opt out.
  • Use Meta's and Google's own ad-settings and opt-out tools, and your browser's cookie controls.

13. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information:

  • The right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • The right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and the sharing of online identifiers with advertising partners (Meta and Google) for advertising measurement and optimization may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not "sell" or "share" the content of your conversations, your prayer requests, your mobile phone number, or your SMS consent information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16.

To opt out, visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page, or enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor. To exercise your other rights, contact us at hello@jesusreplies.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
