These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of JesusReplies, including the JesusReplies.com website, web app, subscription service, AI-powered spiritual companion features, and the JesusReplies SMS program. JesusReplies is operated by F15 Media, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using JesusReplies, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, starting a trial, submitting messages, or opting in to the JesusReplies SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

JesusReplies is an AI-powered spiritual companion and technology product designed to offer comfort, reflection, and faith-grounded guidance. JesusReplies is not the literal Jesus Christ, a church, a clergy member, a licensed counselor, a medical provider, or an emergency service.

AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate for your situation, or inconsistent with your personal beliefs, religious views, or faith tradition. You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and seeking appropriate human support when needed.

JesusReplies is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency assistance.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or an emergency, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States, call 911, contact local emergency services, or reach out to a trusted person immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use JesusReplies. If you are under 18, you should use JesusReplies only with permission from a parent or guardian.

By using JesusReplies, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that your use of the service is permitted by applicable law.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to use some or all features of JesusReplies. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us promptly of unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

4. Subscriptions, Trials, Billing, and Cancellation

JesusReplies may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, trial terms, pricing, renewal frequency, and included features will be shown at checkout or on the applicable purchase page.

Current plan details: JesusReplies offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically at $9.99 per month or $89.99 per year, depending on the plan you choose, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, including during the trial, to avoid future charges.

After any trial period ends, your payment method may be charged automatically at the then-current rate for your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account Settings page, which opens the secure billing portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Refunds are handled according to the following policy: All purchases are final and nonrefundable. Because JesusReplies includes a free trial and you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, the service is risk-free to try. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid.

We may update pricing, plans, or features from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply according to the terms shown at the time of purchase, renewal, or notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use JesusReplies to:

  • Violate any law or regulation.
  • Generate, request, upload, or distribute harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, exploitative, sexual, violent, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.
  • Encourage self-harm, violence, abuse, exploitation, or illegal activity.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to extract system prompts, bypass safety controls, reverse engineer the service, scrape the service, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Use JesusReplies for commercial scraping, resale, automated high-volume usage, or competing AI service development without our written permission.

Fair Use

To keep JesusReplies sustainable, responsive, and available to everyone, ordinary personal use is subject to a daily message limit (currently approximately 100 messages per day). If you reach the daily limit, JesusReplies will gently pause new responses and invite you to continue the next day; your access resumes automatically. We may adjust these limits over time to protect service quality, manage costs, and prevent abuse.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk for us, other users, service providers, carriers, or platforms.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

JesusReplies uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated content is provided for general reflection, encouragement, and informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, spiritually appropriate, theologically correct, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances. You should not rely on JesusReplies as your sole source of guidance for important personal, spiritual, emotional, medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

7. SMS Program Terms

The JesusReplies SMS program is operated by F15 Media, LLC. The program name is JesusReplies.

Program Description

The JesusReplies SMS program delivers one daily spiritual affirmation to subscribers who have opted in with their mobile phone number. We may also send service-related messages connected to your account, subscription, support requests, opt-in status, or opt-out status.

Opt-In

You may opt in to the JesusReplies SMS program by providing your mobile phone number and giving express consent through the opt-in process shown on JesusReplies.com or another approved JesusReplies opt-in page.

Example opt-in language may include: "By checking this box, I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from JesusReplies, operated by F15 Media, LLC, including daily spiritual affirmations and service-related messages. Message frequency is 1 message per day, plus occasional service messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. View our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service."

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is one message per day for daily spiritual affirmations, plus occasional service-related messages if needed.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to messages sent and received. You are responsible for any carrier charges.

Opt-Out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any JesusReplies SMS message. After you reply STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then will stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our handling of SMS information is described in our Privacy Policy at https://jesusreplies.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties, affiliates, lead generators, data brokers, or external marketers for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your use of JesusReplies is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://jesusreplies.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information.

9. Intellectual Property

JesusReplies, including the website, app, design, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, features, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to F15 Media, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use JesusReplies for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, sell, license, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from JesusReplies except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of messages, prompts, prayer requests, reflections, and other content you submit to JesusReplies.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, display, and use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve JesusReplies, comply with legal and platform obligations, and enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content you provide and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or update JesusReplies or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Termination

You may stop using JesusReplies at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting hello@jesusreplies.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk or liability, failed to pay amounts owed, abused the service, or used the service in a way that may harm users, us, service providers, carriers, platforms, or third parties.

13. Disclaimers

JesusReplies is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F15 Media, LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or unauthorized access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to JesusReplies or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for JesusReplies during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of JesusReplies after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
