Talk With Jesus is an AI-powered spiritual companion, not the literal Jesus Christ. It is a technology product designed to offer comfort, reflection, and faith-grounded guidance. It is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, professional therapy, or medical advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Talk With Jesus is offered on a subscription basis. After your trial period, your payment method will be charged automatically at the rate for your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Talk With Jesus to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content. You agree not to attempt to extract the AI system prompt, reverse engineer the service, or use it for commercial scraping.

5. Disclaimer

Talk With Jesus is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific spiritual or personal situation. Always exercise your own judgment.

6. SMS Program

Program name: Talk With Jesus.

Description: The Talk With Jesus SMS program delivers one daily spiritual affirmation to subscribers who have opted in with their phone number.

Message frequency: 1 message per day.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to all messages sent and received. Talk With Jesus is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Help: For support, email support@talkwithjesus.app or reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Opt-out: You may cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again from your account. For help at any time, reply HELP.
